- A Google User Review added: 2018.08.04★ ★ ★ ★ ★Looking for a long lost Brother (48) years was a hard job, but finding a good bed and breakfast near Market Rasen was even harder due to the racing calender. After many hours of trawling the net I found the Ermine Lodge which had just had a cancelation. Thats was the luckiest break I had. What an excellent B&B
Bill & ELLEN made a very warm welcome for my wife and I and filled us in on the local history, and things to do,whats on, and where to go so we could make the most of our short break. We had the King sized suite, the comfort was as good if not better than some plush hotels. Breakfast in the morning was another delight on par with the good old scottish breakfast, and that takes some beating Im sorry Bill I must make one minor observation (the door to our room was not wide enough for me to snaffle that comfy bed out) I wanted a memento of our great stay with you and hope to see you both in the future.
